1. Where are you located?
We are on the northern end of Seven Mile Beach, approx. 8 miles from the center of George Town.
2. How far are you from the airport?
Approx. 9 miles (a 17 minute drive)
3. How close are you to the nearest restaurant?
Approx. 1 mile. (Click here to view all Cayman restaurants)
4. Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes, just 1/4 mile north of us.
5. Do you provide beach towels? Is there a charge?
Beach towels are provided with maid service and can be exchanged for fresh ones with the laundry attendant. Towels are complimentary to our guests.
6. Is maid service provided?
Maid service is provided 3 times weekly, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Fresh beach towels are available daily from the laundry attendant.
7. Are pets allowed?
No.
8. Do you have certain units designated for smokers?
No, smoking is prohibited inside of all the units. Smoking is allowed outside throughout the property.
9. Are BBQ grills available to your guests?
Yes, BBQ grills are available throughout the property and are free of charge to our guests.
10. Are there washers/dryers in the units?
No, the units do not have washers and dryers. However, 24 hour laundry facilities are available on the property. Tokens for the laundry machines may be purchased in the office during office hours.
11. Do you have a concierge desk?
We do not have an official concierge desk, but our office staff will be happy to help you with rental cars, island tours, boat trips, fishing excursions, restaurant reservations and just about anything else you may need.
12. Is US currency accepted for payment?
Yes, the US dollar is widely used for all purchases on the island. Please take note, however, that one US dollar is worth only .80 cents in the Cayman Islands.
13. Is there a bank nearby?
Yes, Cayman National Bank is located approx. 3/4 miles away at Centennial Towers in West Bay. They are a full service bank and have a 24 hour ATM. There is also an ATM machine available at the grocery store 1/4 mile away.
